From 2017 I work in University Hospital in Pilsen and Faculty of Medicine Charles University in Pilsen, contribute to the biobank development in University Hospital Pilsen, preparation of ESLI documents (ethical, social and legal issues), and informed consent, exchange of material in biobank for research at national and international level and for the research in University Hospital Pilsen primarily. Coordination of the biobank activities with the other partners in national node BBMRI_CZ directed by Masaryk Oncological Memorial, coordination of research activities with the work programme of the whole infrastructure consortium, namely work programme for the year 2017, 2018, 2019.
From 2017- 2020 I worked as manager of the biobank in Pilsen. Participation on infrastructure (BBMRI-ERIC) activities like meetings, schools and trainings, in cooperation with ISBER (International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories), and ESBB (European and Middle Eastern Society for Biopreservation and Biobanking).
Since 2017 I have been working as a manager of international cooperation and national and international projects at the Department of Science and research, University Hospital Pilsen.
